Nutrition (Food Optimizing)

Nutrition is one of the Key factors that will play an important role in creating the new you. Being successful in your personal fitness will also mean aligning new ‘nutrition qualities’ into your day to achieve your personal set goals. Some programs will offer you a quick fix and there are many ways to gain quick results but thequestions you should ask is: is this the healthy way to do it? Will this give me long term, lasting results? For me personally, Ihave experienced quick fixes in the past losing 10kg in 2 days as an athlete so I can wrestle at my desired weight division and deliver results.

I did win competitions but in the same time this was not healthy at all. As a fitness and sports coach I see the importance for you to be prepared to change your eating and drinking habits for the long term so you can get the results you desire in a healthy way. Establishing a balanced healthy eating plan with the correct amount of fat, carbohydrate, protein,vitamins and minerals on a daily basis combined with exercise will get you closer and closer to your desired result.
