Kid’s Fitness & 2020 Wrestling
with an Olympian

Kids and youth will have fun with the active strength & conditioning program designed to address their physiological and mental development through sport specific exercises. The sessions are designed to motivate kids to be active, learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning training, develop greater mobility & flexibility, multilateral and unilateral exercises, and build confidence in having fun in the safest environment.

Kids who are interested in wrestling and want to just join for fun or want to become athletes our 2020 Wrestling club’s aim is to see new talents being identified and developed to reach the elite level in their junior & senior years. We are focusing on developing new champions that will participate at national and international wrestling levels with competence, confidence and be successful at 2014 Junior World Wrestling Championships.

Our club wrestlers have been successful in his wrestling and his physiological changes and development. This wrestler was 14 year old male when he came to me to 18 months ago. He wanted to lose weight (104kg) and learn about wrestling. This athlete now weights and wrestlers at 85kg weight division and he has became Victorian Schoolboys state wrestling champion in 2009 and he placed 3rd in the 2010 National Wrestling Championships held in AIS/Canberra.
